	27 days 14lbs down........Weighed in & lost another 1.6 lbs since yesterday morning. I was retaining water due to my menstrual cycle. I took a water pill, got rid of the water & also had some tea to make me go.....um.......you know. I hadn't gone in a few days, so the tea helped clean me out. I've not seen this weight since November of 2010. I'm a smiling lady today, as I know tomorrow I will officially be in the 160's if all goes well today.  BMI charts state that heights of 5'10" for a woman.......the 'healthy' weight should be between 147-172 lbs. I am no longer considered 'over weight' at this time.  Considering I'm still dealing with my cycle....I'm guessing as usual, when all is done.......I'll be down a minimum of at least another 2-5lbs.

It is funny to me how close we are on these things...I got mine Thursday and am finishing up now....time to work it on out.
